Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms govern the use of auwo надценка at nadcenka.auwo.ai (the “Service”). By signing up or uploading a file you accept them.
1. Operator
The Service is provided by Vaklin Stoynovski (natural person), Burgas, Bulgaria, trading under the auwo brand. Contact: audit@auwo.ai.
2. What the Service does
It reads invoices, compares their lines with the agreed prices and ordered quantities that you upload, and flags differences, repeated invoice numbers and arithmetic errors. It helps you notice problems earlier; it is not an accounting service and does not replace your own checks.
3. Accuracy
Invoices are read automatically and the reading can be wrong — especially with poor photos and unusual layouts. The comparison is only as good as the price lists you upload. A finding is not proof of overcharging; it is a prompt to check. Before sending a letter, paying or making a claim, check the original invoice. You are responsible for your decisions.
4. Free plan and limits
- Up to 30 invoices per calendar month, up to 3 suppliers and 3 customers.
- A paid plan — monthly or per invoice (no limits, later also email intake and a Telegram summary) — is not launched yet. A request for it is not an order and commits you to nothing.
- We may change limits with notice on the site.
5. Your content
- Your files and data remain yours. You grant us the right to process them only to provide the Service.
- Upload only documents you have the right to use, and no sensitive data beyond what invoices normally contain.
- Do not upload malicious files or deliberately overload the Service.
6. Letters to suppliers and customers
The Service prepares a draft letter but sends nothing. You send it from your own mailbox and are responsible for its content.
7. Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages; our liability for the free plan is limited to zero and for a paid plan to what you paid in the last 12 months. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are decided by the competent Bulgarian court; consumers keep their statutory rights.
10. Changes
We may change the terms; the current text is on this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new text.
